Live recording is limited to tapers who have permission from the band only. Trading may be conducted for shows that are legitimately recorded. No money may exchange hands in the process of trading and live recordings are, under no circumstances, to be sold for profit.
On April 24, 2005 Breath Owl Breathe gave OK for archive.org with the limited caveat that ALL recordings come only from them..
"I am affiliated with the artists known as Breathe Owl Breathe and they would like to get some shows up on the archive for public download. At this time, fan taping is not allowed, so I'd like to limit contributions to people affiliated with the musicians only. I'm not sure how this works exactly, I guess I'll find out once we're added. A band information page hasn't been made yet, but will soon. If you need any more information, let me know. The band doesn't have a website yet, but I'm working on that, and in the mean time contact info will be this
